The accommodation in greater detail

The UPVC front door leads you into the large tiled porch, which is an ideal space for for bicycles, prams etc.

The modern spacious hall has luxury vinyl flooring which flows via double wooden doors through to the large lounge, with plentiful seating - a large corner sofa and two large chairs / love seats, Smart TV and a log burner.

There is an element of "open plan" living with a dining area in the lounge leading through to the kitchen, again via double wooden doors.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.

The garage is accessed internally via the hall and contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, together with a second larder fridge and small chest freezer.

Sleeping arrangements, 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 

All three bedrooms are carpeted and have plentiful storage.

The "blue" bedroom situated next to the main bathroom has a king size bed.

The "yellow" bedroom next to the third bedroom and the shower room has a king size bed and offers access via a french door to the rear garden.

The third bedroom is particularly spacious with the flexibility of either a super king or twin beds ("zip and link").

The large rear garden can be accessed from a side passageway, the kitchen and the "yellow" bedroom.

There is an outside tap and hose pipe, ideal to fill a paddling pool or washing down the dogs.
